Custom CSS lets you adjust details the builder does not cover. You find the field in the "Theme" tab under "Custom CSS".
What is not allowed
To protect your visitors, custom CSS may not load anything from other servers – no @import and no url() to other domains. Your own assets, data: URLs and relative paths are fine.
