Edit and analyse short links

A short link isn't a one-off: you can change its target and title at any time without breaking printed flyers or shared links. The “Short Links” page also shows how often each link was clicked. Only owners and admins can manage short links.

#The list

The list shows 25 short links per page; you can page through the rest below it. The search field “Search title, slug or target URL …” helps you find a link again quickly, and upper or lower case doesn't matter. Use the sorting to choose “Newest first”, “Oldest first”, “Most clicks” or “Least clicks”.

Short URL

The full short address under lhbr.co. Links with a custom slug carry the “Custom Slug” badge.

Title and target

Your internal name and the address the link redirects to.

Click display

The total number of clicks and the trend of the last 7 days compared with the 7 days before. Hover over it to see, for example, “240 total clicks · last 7 days: 31, previous 7: 18”.

“Copy”

Copies the short address to the clipboard.

“Edit”

Opens the “Edit Short Link” dialog.

“Delete”

Opens the “Delete Short Link” dialog.

#Statistics for a short link

Click a row to open the details. You'll see:

• “Total clicks” since the link was created
• “Ø / day (30d)”: average clicks per day over the last 30 days
• “Today”: clicks on the current day
• A bar chart “Clicks (last 30 days)”
• The target URL and the date under “Created”

#Change the target or title

1. Click “Edit” in the row
2. Change “Target URL” or “Title”
3. Click “Save”

Shortly afterwards, new clicks go to the new target, and the click counts are kept. The slug itself is read-only: “The slug cannot be changed after creation.” If you need a different short address, create a new short link.

#Delete a short link

1. Click “Delete” in the row
2. Read the notice in the “Delete Short Link” dialog
3. Confirm with “Yes, delete permanently”

#Plan and limits

How many short links your plan allows is listed in Create short links. A deleted short link frees up its place in your quota again.
