Withdrawal, refunds and price changes

Updated 1 November 2026 3 min read

Undoing a cancellation, the right of withdrawal for consumers, refunds and what applies to a price increase, summarised from the terms.

This article summarises what the Terms of Service say about cancellation, withdrawal, refunds and price changes. The binding text is always the Terms of Service; the section numbers are given in each case.

Cancelling and undoing a cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, from the dashboard in the Stripe customer portal (terms, section 15). Until then you keep using your plan as usual; after that the workspace switches to Creator Free. Owners and admins can cancel.

After cancelling, the owner receives the e-mail “Sorry to see you go” with the end date. Up to that date you can undo the cancellation in the customer portal; your subscription then simply continues.

How to get to the customer portal and what is switched off when you move to Creator Free is explained in Cancelling, downgrading and failed payments.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you take out a subscription as a consumer, that is as a private individual and not for a business or your self-employed work, you have a statutory right of withdrawal (terms, section 14):

Deadline
14 days from the day the contract was concluded. It is enough to send your notice before the deadline expires.
How to withdraw
With an unambiguous statement to EMI Solutions OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, most easily by e-mail to office@linkharbor.com. A model withdrawal form is included in the terms; using it is not mandatory.
Refund
Within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal at the latest, using the same means of payment as for the original payment and at no extra cost.
Time already used
If you expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period ends, you pay a proportionate amount for the time up to your withdrawal.

The conditions under which the right of withdrawal for digital services expires early are set out in detail in section 14 of the terms.

Price changes

The current prices are on the Pricing page, each including statutory VAT. For price increases on a running subscription (terms, section 13):

  • LinkHarbor notifies you at least 30 days before the increase takes effect, by e-mail or in the dashboard
  • Up to the date it takes effect, you can cancel your subscription without notice at the previous price
  • If you neither cancel nor object, the new price applies from the stated date
  • Price decreases and adjustments that merely reflect statutory tax rates apply without a separate right of termination

If a payment fails

If a renewal can't be charged, a grace period of 7 days begins, during which everything keeps working. If the payment still doesn't come in after that, the workspace is suspended until the open invoice is settled; content, subscribers and statistics are kept. Details in Cancelling, downgrading and failed payments.

Minors

LinkHarbor requires a minimum age of 13. Anyone under 18 can use Creator Free themselves; a paid plan additionally requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian before any payment obligation begins (terms, section 3).

Invoices

You download invoices in the Stripe customer portal; there is no separate invoice list in the dashboard. See Upgrade, payment and invoices.
