All 15 e-mails LinkHarbor sends, what they mean and what to do, plus help when a confirmation or password e-mail doesn't arrive.
LinkHarbor only sends you e-mails when they matter for your account, your workspace or your subscription. Here you find every e-mail with its subject line, how to recognise genuine mail from LinkHarbor and what you can do when an e-mail does not arrive.

What there is no e-mail for
- New form submissions
- Switching two-factor authentication on or off
- Deleting your account
- Push notifications and followers
- Publishing a page
If you want to be told about events automatically, take a look at Webhooks.
When no e-mail arrives
- Wait a few minutes; some mailboxes check new e-mails before delivering them
- Look in your spam folder, and in Gmail also under “Promotions” and “Updates”
- Check that the address is spelled correctly; the e-mail always goes to the address of your account
- Add no-reply@linkharbor.com to your list of safe senders
- Only then request the e-mail again
To prevent abuse, LinkHarbor only sends a limited number of these e-mails per recipient:
| At most | |
|---|---|
| E-mail address confirmation | 3 per hour |
| Password reset | 3 per hour |
| New e-mail address confirmation | 3 per hour |
| Workspace invitation | 10 per day |
If you have reached the limit, wait an hour before you try again. If a link no longer works because it has expired or has already been used, request a new one. If you requested several times, always use the link from the newest e-mail.
