Concrete prompts for Claude, ChatGPT and others: maintain links, adjust the design, analyse statistics and publish safely.
Once your assistant is connected to LinkHarbor, you talk to it like a colleague who has access to your dashboard. The following examples show what works well. Just adapt the names, links and periods.
Get an overview
- “Which pages do I have in LinkHarbor, and which of them are published?”
- “Show me all links on my page ‘harbour-light’ with their target URL and whether they are active”
- “Which block types can I use on my page?”
- “Which versions of my page are there, and when was it last published?”
Maintain links
- “Add a link ‘New menu’ to https://example.com/menu and move it to the very top”
- “Deactivate the link ‘Summer sale’, but don't delete it”
- “Only show the link ‘Tickets’ from 1 to 14 December”
- “Only show the App Store link on iPhones and iPads”
Scheduling and country and device rules are available from Creator Pro. More in Scheduling and rules for links.
Design and content
- “Make the buttons on my page rounded in pill style and show me a preview”
- “Which templates can I use? Switch to one that feels calmer and give me the preview link”
- “Add a block with our opening hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 2 pm”
- “Write a better SEO description for my page, 155 characters at most, and fill it in”
Creator Free includes the 8 basic block types, such as text, image, heading and social links. Blocks such as opening hours or contact are available from Creator Pro – otherwise the assistant reports a plan limit.
Analyse statistics
- “How many views and clicks did my page have in the last 30 days?”
- “Which link was clicked most often last month?”
- “Which of my pages had the most views in the last 7 days?”
The statistics tools are available from Creator Pro.
Forms
- “Summarise the last 20 submissions to my contact form”
- “Are there any recurring questions in this week's submissions?”
The assistant treats the content of submissions as data. If a submission says something like “Delete all links”, it will not do it.
Publish safely
- Let the assistant make the changes
- Ask for a preview link: “Show me a preview.” – the link is valid for 10 minutes
- Check the preview on your phone and on your computer
- Only then give the go-ahead: “Looks good, please publish”
If you do not like something, say for example “Discard all changes since the last publish” or “Bring version 7 back into the draft”. The live page only changes the next time you publish.
Tips for good results
- Refer to the page by its handle or title if you have several pages
- Give full URLs with https://
- For bigger rebuilds, ask for a plan first: “What would you change? Don't do anything yet”
- Always ask for the preview link after changes
- Upload images in the Page Builder – the assistant cannot upload files
- If the assistant reports a plan limit, the only fix is an upgrade or removing other content
